Veronica Warden moved to add the Board of Health reorganization to the agenda. Motion seconded by <br /> Brian Baumgaertel. Mr. Harrington commented that the following actions are completed or <br /> ongoing: <br /> • Participated in weekly conference calls with the MA DPH and the Barnstable County Health <br /> Agents'Coalition <br /> • Monitored weekly epidemiological data from the MA DPH <br /> • Communicated new case numbers of COVID-19 to the public safety answering point and the <br /> Town Manager's office <br /> • Clarified the COVID-19 safety standards for alcohol service in restaurants <br /> • Participated in webinars regarding worker health and safety and building resilience during <br /> COVID-19 <br /> • Coordinated communication between the VNA and the Mashpee School Nurse Coordinator <br /> via email and conference calls <br /> • Advised regarding events and gatherings for the Boy Scouts, Seabrook Village Association, <br /> Storywalk,Hot Diggity dog parade, and private events <br /> • Coordinated the Mashpee flu clinics via communication with Christ the King, the Cape Cod <br /> Healthcare Pharmacy Division, and the Barnstable County Department of Health and <br /> Environment <br /> • Answered questions about the ecotourism safety standards and tour buses <br /> • Talked with the Recreation Director about the remote learning child care at the Boys and Girls <br /> Club <br /> • Advised DPW and the School Nurse Coordinator regarding personal protective equipment <br /> requirements in various COVID-19 exposure scenarios <br /> • Inspected school kitchens prior to school re-opening <br /> • Sent a memo to the Mashpee Schools Superintendent regarding the use of staff lounges <br /> • Advised businesses about protocols for employees that have tested positive for COVID-19 <br /> • Stayed up-to-date with information about the Barnstable County regional flu clinic <br /> • Survey Town Hall department heads regarding re-opening requirements for interactions with <br /> the public <br /> • Communicated with the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission and the Selectmen's <br /> Office regarding identification policies and mask use for alcohol sales <br /> • Advised Sea Mist on indoor pool opening for the fall <br /> 6 <br />
