Minutes of the Meeting <br /> MASHPEE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> October 8, 2020 <br /> Date: October 8, 2020 <br /> Time: 5:00 PM <br /> Location: 766 Falmouth Road, #A4, Mashpee, MA 02649 and Virtually via GoToMeeting <br /> Call-in number: 1-866-899-4679 Access Code: 893-182-605 <br /> Members Present: Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> Members Absent: Richard Halpern. <br /> Others Present: Carol Campos, Executive Director and Vincent Gault, Director of Maintenance. <br /> List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's <br /> office: <br /> • Agenda/Notice <br /> • Minutes of the meeting held September 10, 2020 <br /> • Warrants for September 2020 <br /> • Memorandum of Understanding <br /> DECISIONS MADE/ACTIONS TAKEN ARE IN BOLD <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. She announced that Mrs. Campos was <br /> recording the meeting. A quorum was declared with the following members present; Jill Allen, <br /> Lisa Meizinger and Kevin Shackett. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the meeting held on September 10, 2020 were sent to <br /> the members before the meeting. A motion was made by Lisa Meizinger and seconded by <br /> Kevin Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT AND BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Campos mentioned DHCD <br /> released budget guidelines for FY 2021. The guidelines provide for a 4% reduction to the <br /> ANUEL to close the gap caused by falling rental income in the family portfolio. She stated she <br /> will be working with the fee accountant over the next several weeks to prepare a budget that will <br /> be presented to the board once completed. <br /> The warrants for signature tonight are for the month of September 2020 and total as follows: <br /> $$83,344.80 for 4001, $47,050.44 for Asher's Path Apartments, $8,547.66 for HAP, $11,337.75 <br /> for Great Cove Community and $99,795.00 or MRVP (which is still a�T?(D Bank account). <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
