S`��,1U11ry <br /> Town of Nashpee <br /> 16 Great A?ck �&oad<Xi)o1 t <br /> Wash/me, Wassochusetts 02649 <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, January 19, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Dave Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manager <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Tom Rullo, Fire Chief <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Mary Ann Romero, ZBA Admin. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM <br /> 9:00 am Project Address: 348 Main Street <br /> Business Name: Solar Rising LLC <br /> Owner/Agent: Neal Holmgren <br /> Architect/Engineer: JK Holmgren Engineering <br /> Request: Solar Rising is proposing a change of use that was formerly Cape <br /> Cod Coffee. Requesting Office, Design Center, Small Retail, Storage, and <br /> Electrical Shop. <br /> Note: Requires ZBA under bylaws; Sections: 174-25 D (1), 174-25 E (1), E <br /> (12) and E (13), 174-25 G (4), G (6), and 174-24 L. <br /> Neal represented the application for the proposed business at 348 Main Street. He said <br /> that there will be no change to what is there now. They want to install a fence and some <br /> plantings near the area where the vehicles will be parked. The site plan shows some <br /> additional parking to comply with what they needed for the business. The area behind the <br /> fence will be just gravel for the trucks. He had no more comments. <br /> Drew McManus: <br /> There is no wetlands jurisdiction on the property or anywhere within 100 ft. of the property. <br /> He's fine with what is proposed. No other comments. <br /> Catherine Laurent: <br /> Catherine has concerns regarding the parking.There are two spaces that are shown in an <br /> easement that the Town owns, and one space is crossing over the existing multi-use path <br /> on Rte. 130.
