Minutes of Meeting of Mashpee Plan Review Committee Tuesday, January 19, 2021 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Chief Rullo commented that when a site visit is scheduled for outside the building, the gas line going into the building should be protected, especially if vehicles are parked onsite. The Chief said it's not a requirement but it's something to help protect the business. Neal agreed. Dave agreed that a site visit should be scheduled, and that the parking issues be addressed. Glen made a motion that the committee approve the use of Solar Rising as proposed on 348 Main Street with the recommended conditions; • The parking spaces that are shown on the Town easement be relocated. • The storm water that flows on the property and beyond Rte. 130 be addressed so that it is contained on the property. • The entrance door opening to the retail area be investigated on a site visit by the Building and Fire Department. • The gas line be protected on the property. • The parking must be moved to the side or rear on paved surfaces according to the Section 174-24 1.1 of the Zoning Bylaws. • The Title 5 capacity be shown on the site plan to make sure the proposed use fits within the existing septic system. Chief Rullo made a motion to accept the meeting minutes. Catherine seconded. No discussion. Glen, yes, Drew, abstained, Catherine, yes, Chief Rullo, yes, Mr. Collins, yes. Mr. Collins made a motion to adjourn, Glen seconded. All were in favor. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 am.
