Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, January 19, 2021 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Chief Rullo commented that when a site visit is scheduled for outside the building, the gas <br /> line going into the building should be protected, especially if vehicles are parked onsite. <br /> The Chief said it's not a requirement but it's something to help protect the business. Neal <br /> agreed. <br /> Dave agreed that a site visit should be scheduled, and that the parking issues be <br /> addressed. <br /> Glen made a motion that the committee approve the use of Solar Rising as proposed on <br /> 348 Main Street with the recommended conditions; <br /> • The parking spaces that are shown on the Town easement be relocated. <br /> • The storm water that flows on the property and beyond Rte. 130 be addressed so <br /> that it is contained on the property. <br /> • The entrance door opening to the retail area be investigated on a site visit by the <br /> Building and Fire Department. <br /> • The gas line be protected on the property. <br /> • The parking must be moved to the side or rear on paved surfaces according to the <br /> Section 174-24 1.1 of the Zoning Bylaws. <br /> • The Title 5 capacity be shown on the site plan to make sure the proposed use fits <br /> within the existing septic system. <br /> Mr. Collins seconded. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Meeting Minutes dated November 17, 2020. <br /> Chief Rullo made a motion to accept the meeting minutes. Catherine seconded.
