81 <br /> Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to accept the <br /> layout of a Town Way known as Great Neck Road extending <br /> from the Mashpee Rotary Circle south to its intersection <br /> with Red Brook Road, with boundaries and measurements <br /> as reported by the Selectmen and as shown on a plan en- <br /> titled "Great Neck Road Layout — 1969" on file with the <br /> Town Clerk and to authorize and instruct the Selectmen to <br /> take by purchase or eminent domain on behalf of the Town <br /> the land or interests in land within the sidelines of said lay- <br /> out for this purpose. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 32. To see if the Town will accept the layout of <br /> a Town way known as DeGrass Road extending from Great <br /> Hay Road about 2,700 feet easterly on Great Neck Road with <br /> the.boundaries and measurements as reported by the Select- <br /> men under date of January 7, 1970, and will authorize and <br /> instruct the Selectmen to purchase or take by eminent do- <br /> main on behalf of the Town, the land or interest in land <br /> within the sidelines of said layout for this purpose. The plan <br /> showing the proposed taking is on file at the office of the <br /> Town Clerk. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 33. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> zoning by-law of the Town of Mashpee Chapter III Article II, <br /> F. Zoning Districts, 1 R-125 District (3) by inserting after <br /> sub paragraph (b) the following: "(c) Front yards — No <br /> building shall be erected within twenty (20) feet from the <br /> side line of the road, nor closer than fifteen (15) feet from <br /> the side lines or rear lines of the lot." Submitted by Planning <br /> Board. <br /> Action: No action. <br /> Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> zoning by-law of the Town of Mashpee Chapter III Article II, <br /> F. Zoning Districts, I. Residence Districts, by inserting the <br /> following at the end of said section: "(4) The following uses <br /> may be permitted in a R-125 District,provided that the Board <br /> of Appeals authorizes a special permit therefor: Hotel,board- <br /> ing house, lodging house,apartment house, or dwelling house, <br /> otherwise not permitted."
