82 <br /> Article 35.- To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br /> propriate or take from available funds in the Treasury,.the <br /> sum of $7,500.00. for the purpose of purchasing a 1970 sixty- <br /> ' five passenger school bus, to be operated by the School De- <br /> partment, for the transportation of school children, or take <br /> any other action thereon. Submitted by Mashpee School <br /> Committee. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be tabled. <br /> it <br /> A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> Town By-Laws by adopting the following amendments thereto <br /> or will otherwise amend and adopt said proposed amend- <br />! ments or will take any other action with respect thereto. <br /> I1. To amend Section F1 2(a) of the zoning By-Law <br /> (Article II, Chapter III of the Town By-Laws) relating to <br /> R125 Residence Districts by adding the following subpara- <br /> graph thereto: <br />,I "(5) Family type camp ground, the use and occupancy <br /> of which shall be during the season between the <br /> first of April to November 1, and not for year round <br /> i' residence, but only after the issuance of a special <br /> permit therefor by the Board of Appeals pursuant <br /> ri to Section G(3) after notice and public hearing as <br /> provided by statute. In approving the special permit <br /> the Board of Appeals may attach and impose appro- <br /> priate conditions and safeguards. No.approval shall <br /> be granted without considering the effects upon the <br /> neighborhood and the Town. The family type camp- <br /> ing ground may accommodate tents and mobile <br /> camping units developed for the camping trade, but <br /> �j shall not include children's day camp or a trailer <br /> coach park." <br /> Ji 2. To amend Article III Section 3 of the Town By-Laws <br /> j by adding to said Section 3 as recently amended the follow- <br /> ing sentence: <br /> "This section shall not be applicable to a family type <br /> camping ground permitted under Section F1 2 (a) <br /> — 5 of the zoning By-Law." <br /> i <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be tabled. <br /> �!! To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Selectmen to appoint rather than elect the Assessors of the <br /> Town of Mashpee in accordance with the provisions of the <br />
