To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Selectmen to enter into an agreement with the Public Access <br />Board of the Department' of Natural Resources, Common- <br />wealth of Massachusetts, . to permit the Board to construct <br />a boat ramp and related parking facilities which will provide <br />public access to the waters within the Town of Mashpee. <br />Such agreement shall include an acceptance and police re- <br />sponsibilities on the part of the Town and a statement that <br />the facilities shall be open to the general public on equal <br />terms. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be <br />accepted as read. 75 for, 6 opposed. Article passed. <br />Article 39. To see if the Town will grant an easement <br />to John L. Warner, appurtenant to land now owned by him, <br />being so described in deed recorded in Barnstable County <br />Deeds, Book 1192, Page 249, and being known as Punk Horn <br />Bog. This easement to be in the area of the brook or creek <br />across Town owned shore listed as Schneider property in said <br />Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 172, Page 59, and to be 50 <br />i' feet in width and extend from the Warner land to Ockway <br />Bay. This easement is for the purpose of bringing boats and <br />vessels in and out of said Warner property, from and to Ock- <br />I' way Bay, and shall include the right to widen and deepen <br />this brook to accomplish this purpose. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be <br />f a tabled. So voted. <br />Article 40. To see if the Town will vote to accept De <br />Grasse Road layout from Great Hay Road to Great Neck <br />Road, as laid out by the Selectmen on a plan dated Decem- <br />-ber 2, 1966, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br />Town Clerk, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be <br />accepted as read.
