83 <br />Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- <br />ter I, Article 1, Section 2 of the Town By -Laws by rescinding <br />said section as it now stands and by substituting the fol- <br />lowing: <br />"Every Town Meeting, except as otherwise provided by <br />law, shall be called in pursuance to a warrant. The warrant <br />shall be directed to the constable who shall forthwith give <br />notice, 'at least seven (7) days before such meeting, by post- <br />ing a copy of said warrant, one at the Town Hall, one at the <br />Post Office and -one at each of the Town bulletin :boards, and <br />by causing to be published in a newspaper of general circu- <br />lation within the town, capy of said warrant", or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Actdon: Motion made and seconded that article be <br />accepted as -amended. So voted. <br />Article 42. To see if the Town will vote to request the <br />Selectmen to schedule a meeting of all department heads <br />at the Town Hall the second Monday in every other month, <br />starting in April, 1967, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made land seconded that article be <br />accepted !as read. A vote. <br />Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to rescind that <br />portion of Article 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the anti -noise by-laws, <br />adopted at the Special Town Meeting of July 20, 1965, call- <br />ing for a fine of $20.00 :and amend said portion to read, "Any <br />person violating this by-law shall be punished by a fine of <br />not more than $50.00 for each offense." <br />ActIan: Motion made iand seconded that article be <br />accepted as read. A unanimaus vote. <br />Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article <br />1, Section l -A, of Chapter 1 of the Town By -Laws by add- <br />ing the following: "All articles submitted for inclusion in the <br />warrant of any Town Meeting shall be printed or typewritten, <br />and in duplicate," or take any other action.thereon. <br />Action: Motion_ made and seconded that article be <br />accepted ,as read.
