�l Safeguard Town Finances of the Town.Despite all of the progress we have made, <br /> —Update the Town's five—year financial plan we still have many vexing issues that impact our <br /> —Develop capital improvement plan for vision for the future. For this reason it is critical that <br /> municipal facilities all residents stay informed and active in local affairs to <br /> —Live within proposition 2 1/2 limits for help safeguard our Town. We need to hear from you <br /> Id• operating budgets often if we are to carry your feelings forward into the <br /> —Examine areas for increasing revenues policies of our Town. <br /> —Assess tax revenue impacts on residents of <br /> low to moderate income In saluting the highlights of our year I wish to <br /> give a special recognition to the employees of the <br /> • Develop new Town ball fields Town of Mashpee, who have worked so hard to help <br /> move the Town forward into the new millenium. <br /> ite • Enhance community school focus Mashpee is very fortunate to have such high quality <br /> —Achieve better community use of school Department Heads and Town employees who are ded- <br /> facilities icated to serving the Town and its residents.
