Motion made by Kenneth Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 90, Section 20A of the <br /> Massachusetts General Laws. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:54 p.m. <br /> Article 20 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 11, §79-6, of the Code of the Town of Masbpee by <br /> deleting §79-6.B. and replacing it with the following: <br /> §79-6.B. Licensing Period. All dog licenses shall be issued, upon presentation of a valid rabies <br /> certificate, a one-, two-, or three-year. Said period shall run from January I through December <br /> 31. No license expiration shall exceed December 3 I't of the calendar year in which the rabies <br /> certificate expires, <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Town Clerk <br /> Explanation: This amendment will ease the burden of licensing dogs for both the resident and <br /> the Town Clerk's office. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor, <br /> 0 <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to amend Article 11, Section 79-6 of the Code of the Town of <br /> Mashpee by deleting the first sentence of subsection B, Licensing Period, and replacing it with <br /> the following: <br /> All dog licenses shall be issued, upon presentation of a valid rabies certificate, for a period of <br /> one, two or three years.
