Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the Community Preservation Fund, <br /> In accordance with the provisions ofM.G.L. e.44 5, $225,000 for the purpose of funding the <br /> Breezy Acres Expansion Project, Phase 11, including any necessary costs and expenses related <br /> thereto, as recommended by the Community Preservation Act Committee, or tale any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Community Preservation Act Committee <br /> Explanation: This article will provide funding for the construction of one duplex consisting of <br /> two new units of"unrestricted" affordable, family rental housing located on property currently <br /> owned by the Dousing Authority on Cold Barnstable Road. Phase I of the project proposal was <br /> approved at the May 2007 Town Meeting. For ease on construction and to reduce cost <br /> constraints, the housing Authority is encouraged by DHCD to develop the two projects together. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of -o. <br /> Motion made by Selectman lion Flyers. <br /> :Motion: To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the Community <br /> Preservation. This article was submitted by the Department of Public Works.
