Delete §170-15., A. Public Access Board Facilities, <br /> inits entirety and insert the following,-, <br /> Insert §170-�15. A. Public Access Board Facilities,, <br /> A. Mashpee Lake Boat Landing. <br /> (1) The Board of Selectmen may, after public hearing, suggest to the Public Access <br /> Board new or changed regulations over the maintenance and operation of the state <br /> owned boat landing at Mashpee Lake. Regulations adopted, approved, and <br /> promulgated by the Commonwealth shall become effective as of the date of <br /> publication in a newspaper having general circulation in the Town. <br /> Submitted by the Waterways Commission and Harbormaster <br /> Explanation: The proposed changes will bring the Toven's Code in line with the Public Access <br /> Board Regulations and State Laws, as well as correcting a typographical error. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 4-�0. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 20, 2006 5-0 to recommend <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made to dispense with reading of article. <br /> Motion to dispense with reading of article passes at 8:22PM <br /> Motion made by Selectman Theresa Cook. <br /> Motion: I move Article 32 be voted as printed in the warrant, except for the phrase "or take any <br /> other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion: passes unanimously at 8:23 PM <br /> Article 33 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout as a public way of Meadowb,rook Road as <br /> shown on plans entitled "Easement Taking Plan of 'Seabrook Meadows' Subdivision" prepared <br /> by The BSC Group, Inc., dated November 21, 2000"; which layout shall have been filed in the <br /> Office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to <br /> authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking any land <br /> necessary for the purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to appropriate and transfer from <br /> ,available funds $27,737 to the Meadowb,rook Road Account and to raise said appropriation, the <br /> Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or <br /> from time to time, under and pursuant to Chapter 44 Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling <br /> authority for such purchase or taking and layout including costs of constructing such ways and <br /> legal financing and other costs incidental and, related thereto; and further authorize the Board of <br /> 33 <br />
