Explanation-, This article is necessary to pay Fiscal Year 20O5 bills received after the close of <br /> the fiscal year. <br /> The Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee recommend approval. <br /> Motion made by Don Myers. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from the Hotel/Motel Reserved <br /> Account $4,287.94 to various departmental unpaid bill accounts, with said funds to be distributed <br /> by the Acting Town Accountant. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:5,8 PM. <br /> Article 3 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $75,000 from the Overlay Surplus <br /> Account to the Assessor's Revaluation Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Assessors <br /> Explanation-, These funds are used for consultant expenses related to the State mandated <br /> triennial as well as cyclical revaluation,work associated with. real and personal property. <br /> The Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee recommend approval. <br /> Motion made by John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $75,000 from the Overlay Surplus <br /> Account to the Assessors' Revaluation Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7-.59 PM* <br /> Article 4 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $2,000 from the AFCEE Cranberry <br /> Reimbursement Account to the Conservation, Salary Account, or take any other action. relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Explanation: This transfer would augment the $5,000 amount voted at the May, 2, 2005 Town <br /> Meeting as part of the Omnibus budget motion) for the Conservation Interpretive Tours <br /> Program.
