Explanation-, Funding of this article for passive recreation would derive from the Community <br /> Preservation Fund Budgeted Reserve. The Community Garden expansion project is located at <br /> the former Attaquin Hotel site adjacent to Route 130. The 20,000 square foot property was <br /> previously purchased by the Town with Land Bank funds. Expansion of the project would <br /> provide for necessary water installation, additional raised garden beds, benches, fencing, signage, <br /> a shed, walkway, a driveway apron and a vehicle to -around and drop-off area. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 4-0, one absent. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of -0, one absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from the Community Preservation <br /> Fund Budgeted Reserve for Appropriation, in accordance with the provisions of M.G. L.
