The 2006 approval had a 3 year spending limitation, and since the study hasNi <br /> exceeded that limitation, a re-authorization of the initial funding is required. " q' <br /> Approval of this Article will have no effect on the property tax rate. <br /> THE FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS TOWN MEETING SPR; OF ARTICLE <br /> 10 BY A VOTE OF 6-0. <br /> r <br /> ARTICLE 11: Authorize Drainage Easement with Mashpee Commons. , <br /> Submitted by: Board of Selectmen. <br /> 4. <br /> This Article will authorize the Board of Selectmen to execute and grant a 3,800 sq. ft. storm water <br /> drainage easement to Mashpee Commons on lands owned by the municipality. <br /> THE FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS TOWN MEETING APPR ' OF ARTICLE <br /> 11 BY A VOTE OF 6-0. <br /> ARTICLES 12, 13, 14, 15,and 16. Zoning By-Law Amendments. <br /> Submitted by: Planning Board and Board of Selectmen. <br /> The Planning Board has submitted 3 Articles recommending approval for amendments and/or <br /> clarifications of existing By-laws. Each Article will be voted on individually.
