0 Motion passes unanimously at 9:45 p.m. Article 36 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining engineering and legal work for the purpose of preparing an article for subsequent Town Meeting action to acquire the right to maintain the roads in Holland Mill Estates by easement and in accordance with Mashpee Town Code 150-7, paragraphs C and D, and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the appropriate Holland Mill Estates Account and to raise said appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval. of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one time, or form time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter $44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to 'raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to the designated Holland Mill Estates Roadways Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by Petition Motion made by Frederick Detschel. Mot ion: I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining the roads in Holland Mill Estates and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate $5,000 to the Holland Mill Estates Account. Motion passes unanimously at 9:46 p.m. Article 37 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Meado�wbrook Road; and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Meadowbrook Road Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one time, or form time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and, to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the (list name(s) of roads) Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.
