Motion made by Leo McCabe. <br /> Motion-. I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a <br /> plan laying out and defining Meadowbrook Road; and to accomplish said purpose and for <br /> expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town, vote to raise and appropriate $5,000 to the <br /> Meadowbrook Road Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:47 p.m. <br /> Article 38 <br /> We, the undersigned abutters to Echo Road request the Town of Mashpee accept Echo Road as <br /> a public way. Further, by subscribing hereto, the undersigned release the Mashpee Board of <br /> Selectmen and the Town of Mashpee and their/its servants, agents, employees, assigns and any <br /> other parties for whose conduct said Board of Selectmen or said Town might be held <br /> responsible, from any and all, damage and/or claims whatsoever which the petitioners might <br /> have against the aforesaid as a result of the acceptance, alteration, and/or relocation petitioned <br /> for herein, such release extending to any and all grading and/or construction on or about the <br /> subject private ways, and further extending to any and all takings by eminent domain of any and <br /> all land necessary for layout of said ways in such form as may be duly required by the Mashpee <br /> Board of Selectmen and/or the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion made to dispense with reading of article. <br /> Motion to dispense with reading of article passes at 9:47 p.m. <br /> Motion made by Robert Whritenour. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a <br /> plan laying out and defining Echo Road; and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses <br /> incidental and related thereto the Town vote to raise and appropriate $5,000 to the Echo Road <br /> Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:48 pm* <br />
