Article 2 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for <br /> Appropriation $70,000 to the Foreclosure Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Treasurer/Tax Collector <br /> Explanation: This article is necessary to cover unanticipated costs associated with outstanding <br /> issues in the foreclosure process. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Kenneth Marsters. <br /> Motion-. I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $50,000 from the Snow & Ice <br /> Account and $20,000 from Revenue Available for Appropriation for a total of $70,,000 to the <br /> Foreclosure Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:3�4 p.m. <br /> Article 3 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for <br /> Appropriation $15,000 to the Medicare/Social Security Account, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Treasurer/T'ax Collector <br /> Explanation: This article is, necessary to cover both Medicare and Social Security costs <br /> generated by both Town& School for the remainder of the fiscal year. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor., <br /> Motion: I move Article 3 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase, "or <br /> take any other action relating thereto". <br /> 0 <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:34 p.m. <br /> Article 4 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds $5,000 to the Town <br /> Insurance Expense Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br />
