Explanation-, This article is necessary to cover costs for insurance for the current fiscal year. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by David Leveille, <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for <br /> Appropriation $5,000 to the Town Insurance Expense Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:35 p.m. <br /> Article 5 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to make up the difference in the salary of Patrolman Glenn Millar <br /> who was activated on 9/11/200 1 after the tragic incidents of that day. The difference is $148 per <br /> week. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Explanation: Patrolman Gillan was activated, placed on active duty orders for the military and <br /> is making $148 less per week than he was working as a patrolman for the Mashpee Police <br /> Department. The funds are already allocated for his position in the Masbpee Police <br /> Department's budget and should not cause any further expenditure (sic) to the Police <br /> Department, or the Town.
