Moderator, I move that Article 22 be amended as read by Mr Campbell . Seconded and so voted From the Floor : Mr Moderator I move that article 22 be accepted to raise and appropriate and as amended . Seconded , and so voted Article 7 : _ To see if the Town will assume liability in the manner provided by Section. 20 of Chapter 0 of the General Laws , as recently amended by Chapter 0 , Acts of 1055 for all damages that may be incurred by work to be performed by the Department of Public Works of Massachusetts for the improvement , development , mainten- ance and protection of tidal and non-tidal rivers and streams and harbors , tidewaters , foreshores and snores along a. public beach in accordance with Section XI of Chapter 91 of the Genera-1 Laws , and authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver a bond of in- demnity therefor to the Commonwealth. Article 8 ® To see if the Town will vote to add $15 , 000. 00 to the Stabilization Fund , said sum to be raised and appropriated , or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Selectmen.
