This should be considered a fragment isolated wetland. <br /> Mashpee One Realty Trust (402 Nathan Ellis Hwy) object to #55 and #165 turning their <br /> driveway into a gravel path. <br /> Mezz Realty (300 Nathan Ellis Hwy) objects to #57 and #167 that calls for a new outflow that <br /> directs runoff of into their property. They also have issues with the drainage that goes right <br /> into their property. Also they object to#58 and#168 that proposes a new outflow. <br /> Mr. Smith said that the purview of the commission is to address the conservation <br /> environmental concerns. Only a few of the objections are applicable. <br /> Agent said the conditions to assess whether streams are perennial or intermittent, his <br /> recollections is that there is water present. But to clarify, there is a process to dispute this that <br /> involves multiple observations over a set period of time to classify or declassify the streams.
