We sent out proposals and received <br /> estimates. The estimate we chose was from Crawford. They had two approaches: <br /> 1. $5501.00 for a one-time mechanical removal <br /> 2. $8496.70 stem injection of an herbicide, mechanical removal, and 2 year <br /> maintenance <br /> Agent said in his experience with bamboo, the treatment and maintenance is a much better <br /> solution so that it doesn't come back. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to accept the 2"d proposal from Crawford Land <br /> Management, Mr. Swartzbaugh seconded. <br />
