Miller, 105 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed hazardous tree RDA <br /> removals. Homeowner Kathleen Miller presented plans. Agent said the jurisdiction falls under <br /> Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage on a landlocked lot. The trees were planted as <br /> ornamental features. Tree roots are causing upheaval of pavers in the driveway. Agent <br /> recommends a negative determination. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved for a negative determination, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:12 George & Kathleen Hodgson, 17 Cedar Street. Proposal to Amend Order of Conditions 43- AOOC <br /> 2979 to allow additional mitigation plantings and reconfiguration of an elevated stairway to a <br /> previously approved dock. <br /> Wayne Tavares from Wet Tech Land Design presented plans. Agent reviewed the photos <br /> with the group. Agent described new stairway location down a coastal bank. The relocated <br /> area will require less disturbance to the vegetation on the bank. Project is allowable under <br /> Regulation 29 (Buffer zones and buffer strips) and meets applicable performance standards <br /> for coastal bank. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to approve the AOOC, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:15 Bayswater Seaside II LLC, 50 Coastline Drive. Proposed construction of single-family NOI <br /> dwelling with garage and mitigation plantings. At request of applicant, continued from 9124 for <br /> DEP review and file number. <br /> Applicant requested a continuance to 11/12/20. <br /> Motion: Mr. O'Neil moved to continue to 11/12/20 at 6:06pm, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br />
