Grant currently funding same and will be used to operate said van on an as needed basis for <br /> routine and non routine schedules. The position will operate on a nineteen (19) hours per week <br /> basis and gives the Town five day, 3 8 hour per week, coverage. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Motion-, I move the Town vote to raise and appropriate S7,220 to create a limited part-time <br /> Driver position under Appendix B of the Personnel Administration Plan for the Council on, <br /> Aging, Grade 6, Step 2, with said funds to be distributed as follows: $6,706 to the Council on <br /> Aging Salary & Wage Account, and $514 to the Medicare Account. <br /> Motion passes at 8:18 p.m. <br /> Article 22 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to upgrade the position of Police Department Records Clerk, <br /> effective July 1, 1997, from Grade 2 to Grade 4 of the Personnel Administration Plan, and that <br /> the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer fro�m available funds $732.88, with said funds <br /> to be allocated to the Police Part Time Salary P.A.P. Account. <br /> Submitted by the Chief of Police <br /> Explanation: This upgrade more accurately reflects the duties and responsibilities of the <br /> position. The action on this article will promote both internal and external equity and is <br /> forwarded as a result of a study of the position by consultants of the Massachusetts Municipal <br /> Association and the Town of Mashpee Personnel Board. <br /> 0 <br /> Recommendation.
