pole to service a Mashpee resident. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by James Vaccaro. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to grant to Commonwealth <br /> Electric Company an easement to install and maintain one pole, anchor, guy, and wire on <br /> property located at 101 Lovell's Lane and shown as Parcel #41 on Assessors Map #35 for the <br /> purpose of servicing Lot 19A located at 210 Simon Lowe Road. <br /> Motion passes at 9:12 p.m. <br /> Article 27. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to re-accept the layouts of High Sachem Road, Matcbewuttah <br /> Road, Papnomett Road, Ships Lantern Drive, Clipper Street, Compass Drive, Topsail Road, <br /> Ships Rudder Drive, Ships Wheel Drive, Davit Road, Porthole Drive, Ships Anchor Drive, <br /> Shipwreck Drive, Vista Circle, Scituate Road, Alden Road, Essex Road, Oregon Road, <br /> Radcliffe Road, Brewster Road, Chatham Lane, Harwich Road, Dennis Road, and Truro Road <br /> in. order to permit the acquisition of necessary easements within 120 as of the acceptance of <br /> the layouts pursuant to G.L. c. 82, §24, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article is to correct any defects in the process for the petitioned and <br /> previously approved road taking and betterment projects for the listed streets. <br /> a, <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by George Costa. <br /> Motion-.
