Delete the third sentence of current Bylaw section 174- 51B, to eliminate the reference to 1985. Planning Board voted to recommend 4-1 Motion passes unanimously at 9:26 p.m. Article 46 To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of Amanda's Way as a public way as shown on a plan entitled "Layout of Amanda Way, Located in Mashpee, - Mass.", which layout will have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such way as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds or borrow a sum or sums for such purchase or taking including borrowing costs therefor, and to further authorize the Board of Selectmen to assess 'betterments to the owners of the land abutting the way, or take any other action relating thereto. The Committee would be made up of three lake residents (one alternate), the Harbormaster, and one elected Town Official. The Committee would be formed immediately upon acceptance. Submitted by Petition 40 Motion: To see if the Town will vote to approve the formation of a Lake Management Committee for Mashpee Wakeby Pond. The Committee would be made up of two lake residents, one member of the Land Trust Reservations (one alternate) and instead of the Harbormaster and member of the Waterways Commission and one elected Town Official.
