Motion passes Yes 58 No 40 at 10:34 p.m. Article 48 To see if the Town will raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $250,000 to be used to defray the costs of connection to public water for the residents of Sampsons, Mill, Road and Cranberry Ridge Road, whose drinking water has been. contaminated or threatened with contamination through no fault of their own. And further that the Town be authorized to retain counsel to obtain reimbursement of these costs from the party or parties responsible for the contamination.
