Submitted by Petition Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at lCi: 5 p.m. Article 5 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Mashpee Code by striping Chapter 15, Article VII, Section 15-18 and inserting in place thereto the following language. "A. The Committee shall prepare, by the first Monday in February, an annual written report containing a Capital Improvement Program Budget of such outlays for the first year for presentation to the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee will include said report from the Capital Improvement Committee,ittee, including explanations, in its report to the Spring Annual Town fleeting. The Finance Committee will submit an ,article to the Board of Selectmen for inclusion in the warrant of the budget for capital outlays as recommended by the Capital Improvement Committee.. B. The Committee shall also prepare a Capital Improvement Program for the following three (3) years for presentation to the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee will include said report from the Capital Improvement Committee including explanations, port to the Spring Annual Tow, �� its re Meeting. The Finance Committee will submit an article to the Board of Selectmen for inclusion in the warrant for the Capital Improvement Program for the following three (3) years as recommended by the Capital Improvement Committee. C. The Committee may make such investigations and hald such hearings as it may deem necessary but shall hold at least one (1) public hearing annually during the Committee's deliberations on capital projects, said hearing to be held: following notice published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town.', or tape any other action relating thereto. Motion passes 'Yes- 1 o-40 at 10:45 p.m. Article 54 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Mashpee Code by striping, the current language in Chapter 15, Article VrII, Section 15-1.6 after the colon (.-) and inserting in place thereto the following language: "Two (2) members appointed by the Finance Committee,. two (2) members appointed by the Board of Selectmen, and three (3) additional members appointed by the moderator." and to further amend: the Town of Mashpee Code by striping the current language in Chapter 15, Article VII, Section 1 5-21 and inserting in its place thereto the following language: "A.
