Article 14 To see if the Town will vote to amend. Article II, Section 79-6 of the Town By-Laws, Licensing ofDogs; Other Animal Regulations, as follows: In Section 79.61). 1 by replacing the words "the dog" in the first sentence with "a dog or cat". In the second sentence, by replacing the words "the dog" with "a dog or cat", and replacing "six (6) months old" with "three (3) months old". In the third sentence, by adding the wards "and cats" after "Dogs". In Section 7 - I.).
