Motion: I move the Town vote to raise and appropriate $35,069.33 to create the position of <br /> Public Safety Dispatcher Supervisor, with said funds to be apportioned as follows: $29,333 to the <br /> Public Safety Dispatcher Salary/Wage Account, $5,277 to the Employee Medical Insurance <br /> Account, $34 to the Group Insurance Account, and $425.33 to the Medicare Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:57 p.m. <br /> Article 19 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of <br /> money to the Capital Replacement Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Finance Committee <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Finance Committee Chairman Marcia King. <br /> Motion: I move Article 19 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Motion to indefinitely pospone passes unanimously at 8:58 p.m. <br /> Article 20 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $21,000 from the Cranberry Bogs <br /> Reserved Receipts Account to the Bog Operation and Maintenance Account, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Explanation: These monies would pay for the bog attendant's salary, the costs of analyzing and <br /> permitting restoration of a cattail-choked section of the Quashnet River, the costs of studying the <br /> impacts of diking off the main section of the Quashnet Bog from an adjacent wetland system, <br /> revegetation of banks on the Quashnet River and engineering/design for a new water-control <br /> structure at the head of the Quashnet River (as it leaves Johns Pond). <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Mills. <br /> Motion: I move Article 20 be voted as printed in the warrant except for the phrase, "or take any <br /> other action relating thereto." <br /> Motion passes at 8:59 p.m. <br /> Article 21 <br /> 12 <br />
