Motion made by Ken Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move the Town authorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account through the Town <br /> Accountant's Office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E <br /> 1/z, to be expended under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, in order to place <br /> revenues collected from the various Leisure Services Child Development Programs, which shall <br /> be used for the purpose of paying wages and benefits to conduct said Leisure Service programs, <br /> and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 1999 at $31,150. <br /> Motion passes at 8:06pm. <br /> Article 17 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Article V, Sections 27-21 through 27-24 of the town <br /> bylaws to replace the title "Executive Secretary" with the title "Town Administrator" in each <br /> place that it appears and to strike the words "Executive Secretary" from every other section of the <br /> bylaws where they appear and substitute therefor the words "Town Administrator", or take any <br /> other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article seeks to change the Title of the position of Executive Secretary to <br /> Town Administrator. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by Curtis Frye. <br /> Motion: I move Article 17 be approved as printed in the warrant with the exception of the <br /> phrase, "or take any other action related thereto." <br /> Motion passes at 8:08pm. <br /> Article 18 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Article II of Chapter 79 of the Town Bylaws, by adding <br /> the following sentence to Section 79-5.2, Penalties for Failure to License Dogs. <br /> Page 13 of 63 <br />
