Motion made by Selectman Marsters. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to amend the zoning bylaw by amending Subsection <br /> 174-79.B.(1) as follows: <br /> By replacing the seventh and eighth paragraphs, which currently read as follows: <br /> "Thence westerly by the southern side line of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) <br /> to its intersection with the Childs (Herring) River: <br /> Thence northerly along the center line of the Childs River and westerly and northerly <br /> along the shoreline of John's Pond to its intersection with the northern property line of <br /> Assessors' Map 57, Plot 44A;" <br /> With the following: <br /> "Thence westerly by the southern side line of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) <br /> to the northeast corner of Block 85 as shown on Assessors' Map 72; <br /> Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 53 as shown on Assessors' <br /> Map 72; <br /> Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 46 as shown on Assessors' <br /> Map 72; <br /> Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 18 as shown on Assessors' map <br /> 72, and continuing on the same course to the shoreline of John's Pond; <br /> Thence westerly and northerly along the shoreline of John's Pond to its intersection <br /> with the northern property line of Block 44A as shown on Assessors' Map 57;" <br /> And by replacing the word "Plot", where it appears, with the word `Block", <br /> And by amending the map described in Section 174-79.A(1) entitled "Groundwater <br /> Protection District, Town of Mashpee "to reflect such change in boundaries; <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 15, 1999 4-0 for <br /> approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:04 p.m. <br /> Article 17 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to transfer to the Board of Selectmen, for the purpose of <br /> sale or lease to the Mashpee Water District, the custody and control of a portion of the <br /> Town-owned land known as the "Belcher" property and shown on Mashpee Assessors' <br />
