Motion made by Selectman Marsters. Motion: I move the Town vote to amend the zoning bylaw by amending Subsection 174-79.B.(1) as follows: By replacing the seventh and eighth paragraphs, which currently read as follows: "Thence westerly by the southern side line of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) to its intersection with the Childs (Herring) River: Thence northerly along the center line of the Childs River and westerly and northerly along the shoreline of John's Pond to its intersection with the northern property line of Assessors' Map 57, Plot 44A;" With the following: "Thence westerly by the southern side line of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) to the northeast corner of Block 85 as shown on Assessors' Map 72; Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 53 as shown on Assessors' Map 72; Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 46 as shown on Assessors' Map 72; Thence northwesterly to the northwest corner of Block 18 as shown on Assessors' map 72, and continuing on the same course to the shoreline of John's Pond; Thence westerly and northerly along the shoreline of John's Pond to its intersection with the northern property line of Block 44A as shown on Assessors' Map 57;" And by replacing the word "Plot", where it appears, with the word `Block", And by amending the map described in Section 174-79.A(1) entitled "Groundwater Protection District, Town of Mashpee "to reflect such change in boundaries; Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 15, 1999 4-0 for approval.
