requirements of the Growth Management Bylaw which can be interpreted to allow the <br /> use of multiple "ANR" plans to increase the number of building permits which could be <br /> issued on a parcel in a single year. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe. <br /> Motion: I move Article 25 be approved as printed in the warrant with the exception of <br /> the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto." <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held August 18, 1999 4-0 for approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 10:16 p.m. <br /> Article 26 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending Section 174-25 <br /> "Table of Use Regulations" as follows: <br /> Delete the words "country club" as they appear in Subsections 174-25.B. (13) and <br /> (14); <br /> Add a new subsection 174-25.B.(17) as follows: <br /> "(17) Golf course subject to the provisions of Section 174-47.1." <br /> and indicate by the letters "SP" in all columns that said use is allowed in all zoning <br /> districts; <br /> And by adding to Article IX the following new Section 174-47.1: <br /> "174-47.1. Golf Course. <br /> A. Any such use and related development shall require the issuance of a special <br /> permit by the Planning Board, whether proposed as part of a residential <br /> development or other project, or as a separate use. <br /> B. The site permitted for development under this section, including any required <br /> open space, shall be a specifically defined parcel, or a number of separate parcels, <br /> bounded on the ground with permanent monuments, which may not be <br /> considered to meet the open space requirements of any other section of these by- <br /> laws. <br /> C. A minimum undisturbed buffer strip of fifty (50) feet in width shall be maintained <br /> between any area brushed or cleared for golf course or associated construction <br /> and any site boundary line or the street layout line of a public way, except for <br /> access roads to the property and for walking, bicycle or golf cart paths approved <br />
