Submitted by Planning Board Explanation: Factory outlet stores as part of a manufacturing or assembly facility are currently allowed in I-1 Industrial zones. This article would increase the percentage of gross floor area of such a facility which may be allocated to the outlet store from 20% to 40%. Motion made by Selectman Cahalane. Motion: I move the Town vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing the term "20%" in Subsection 174-25.I.15 with the term "40%".
