Amended motion does not pass 70 to 112. 10:04 p.m. <br /> Motion to extend Town Meeting passes 115 to 56 at 10:08 p.m. <br /> Motion made to reconsider original Article 23 motion at 10:09 p.m. <br /> Motion to reconsider original article passes at 10:10 p.m. <br /> Motion made to amend motion to read "within any year the number of new <br /> dwelling units for which building permits may be issued shall not exceed 90" <br /> passes at 10:11 p.m. <br /> Amended motion passes 134-26 at 10:14 p.m. <br /> Article 24 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing the term "20%" in <br /> Subsection 174-25.I.15 with the term "40%", or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Planning Board <br /> Explanation: Factory outlet stores as part of a manufacturing or assembly facility are <br /> currently allowed in I-1 Industrial zones.
