Motion made to dispense with reading of Article. Motion to dispense with reading of Article passes at 10:21 p.m. Motion made by Selectman Leveille. Motion: I move Article 27 be approved as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto." Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held August 18, 1999 4-0 for approval. Motion passes unanimously at 10:22 p.m. Article 28 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by amending the zoning map to change the zoning district designation on the lots shown on the 1998 Mashpee Assessors Maps as Map 88, Blocks 29 and 30, excluding the portions of those lots lying within 100 feet of the western sideline of Great Hay Road, from R-3 Residential to I-1 Industrial, as shown on a map entitled "Proposed Industrial Park Zoning Change for 10-99 ATM", which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by Board of Selectmen Explanation: This article would change the zoning designation of two lots in the Mashpee Industrial Park between Industrial Drive and Great Hay Road from residential to industrial. Motion passes unanimously at 10:23 p.m. Article 29 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: Add the phrase "Mashpee Center Overlay District" to the listing of zoning districts contained in Section 174-4;
