<br /> insert the following between the words "demonstrate the" and "operation and
<br /> effectiveness" in the first sentence of subsection C.: "location and nature of proposed
<br /> stormwater facilities for development under subsection B.(1) and shall require their
<br /> implementation. For development under subsection B.(2), the permitting authority
<br /> shall require the submission of sufficient plans and specifications to demonstrate the
<br /> location, nature"
<br /> or take any other action relating thereto.

<br /> Explanation: This article proposes minor changes to the stormwater management
<br /> article submitted by petition and approved at the May, 1999 Town Meeting. The
<br /> Planning Board believes that these changes will clarify the intent and simplify the
<br /> administration of that bylaw.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to convey such
<br /> interest as the Town may have in the following parcels of land on such terms and
<br /> conditions as the Selectmen shall deem to be in the best interest of the Town and
<br /> further, vote that such land shall not be held as conservation land pursuant to the
<br /> provisions of Section 5-27 of the Code of the Town of Mashpee:
<br /> the land shown on the 1998 Mashpee Assessors' maps as Map 23, Blocks 5, 9, 16, 24,
<br /> 37, 42, 49, 56 and 57 and Map 30, Blocks 35, 36, 39, 44, 46, 53, 87, 101, 104, 141
