Conditions Imposed,¶2, second bullet shall be <br /> revised to remove subsection(a) letter of credit and the remaining options shall <br /> be re-lettered accordingly. <br /> vi. The draft decision shall be revised to add a new Section G, as follows: <br /> G. MODIFICATIONS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PERMIT <br /> Any modification to this Comprehensive Permit shall be accomplished as required <br /> under 760 CMR 56.05(11), which provides that insubstantial changes may be <br /> approved by the Board without a public hearing, but substantial changes shall <br /> require a public hearing. A determination of whether a proposed change is <br /> substantial or not shall be made by the Board using the required factors set forth <br /> under the state regulations at 760 CMR 56.07(4). <br /> and <br /> vii. The revisions to the draft decision voted hereunder may be made by applicant's <br /> counsel in a redlined, tracked changes format and then provided to the Board's <br /> staff and then reviewed and confirmed by staff and the ZBA's chairman to <br /> accurately reflect the Board's actions. <br /> viii. All comments by all departments,and all comments made by Charlie Rowley. <br /> ix. The water connection permit is granted subject to the Mashpee Water District <br /> reviewing and approving the plans for full compliance with the District's <br /> technical requirements. <br /> X.
