<br /> figures . He stated as in Article six if there were any
<br /> questions on the recommended figure the questioner should
<br /> call for a "hold" . Mr. Mills stated that after the entire
<br /> budget had been read we would teen go back and take up the
<br /> holds one by one when he had finished reading. The first concerned

<br /> calling for $15 ,000.00. Mr. Frank Hicks , Selectmen, who is
<br /> in charge of dispensing this account, rose to say that this
<br /> had always been a continuing account. This year he said they
<br /> could not carry over the monies because the Town Accountant
