Stop work Order: Whenever the provisions of this code or the plans and specifications approved thereunder are not complied r with, a stop work order shall be served on the owner or his representa- tive by the Building Inspector or his employee, and a copy thereof may ` be posted at the site of the construction. Such stop work order shalt not be removed except by written notice of the Building Inspector after .; satisfactory evidence has been supplied that the violation has been cor- rected. Failure to comply with such stop work order shall constitute a [ violation of this code. 4 Section S. Board of Appeals. Para. 1. A Board of Appeals shall be appointed by the Selectmen to consist of three members. All members shall be residents of the Town 0f a lashpee and shall not be actively engaged in the building trades. The j appointments first made shall be for the term of three years.
