Notification of.intent to:Build,, etc. Para. 1. A -permit- shall, be- required ,f or: all buildings-to be erected, altered, reconstructed or moved to a new f ounda W ion within the limits of the Town of Mashpee, excepting : small unattached' accessory buildings not to be used for the .purpose of habitation- and having -a. floor space of less than 100 square feet. Para. . This Bade shall not..a�ppl -to: 1. Buildings f or which a Commonwealth of Massachusetts permit is required. 2• Buildings or structures owned by the United States or the -Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 3. Bridges, gL1a�yS, wharves. 4. Farm buildings or structures -not -in either: case used as dwellings and located more than 100 feet ,fro . any -dwelling, if approved by the Building Inspector. 5.
