i 81 Special Town Mee ting Warrant i October 6, 1964 4 f I BARN TABLE, To the Constable of the Town �of Mashpee, GREETINGS: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Torn of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet at the Town Ball on October 6, 1964 at seven thirty o'clock p.m. to act on the articles contained '�n the following warrant, 'c The tellers were Mrs. Josephine Mills and d Mrs. Helen { Edwards. The house was polled at 75 which constitut es a quorum. The meeting was called to order -at 7:45 p.m. Article x. To see if the Torn will vote to rescind the action taken on Article 65 of the Annual Town Meeting of i � March 4, 1963 n taking b eminent domain two certain par- eels of land on the easterly and westerly sides of Seconset Island Road; and to authorize and instruct the Selectmen to prepare, execute and deliver a deed of said land a d to the owners from whom said land was taken, or tale any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded not to rescind the action .taken on Article 65 of the Annual Town Meeting, March 4, 1963. Noted 47 for none opposed., pp sed. Article 2.
