82 Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept -a plan for the erection of a Public Library for the Town of Mashpee as submitted by the Mashpee Library Building Committee, accordingly to a plan by Ernest A. Sterling, A.I.A.., Architect, dated December 1.5, 1962, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. A unanimous vote. Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap� propriate or take from available funds the sum of $370.00 to purchase a resuscitator.for the Police Department or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article as follows: To see if the Town will vote to take from avallable ` funds the sum of $370.0-0 to purchase a resuscitator for the Police Department': or take any other action thereon, unanimous vote. Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the portion of the vote taken on Article 23 of the 1964 Annual 'town Meeting warrant, which provided for the turn-in- of cruiser; and to appropriate from available the then present c ; funds the sure of $1,000.00 to equip the new cruiser voted at the Annual Town Meeting; or take any other action thereon.
