Also concerned that the proposed building will create a straight back up, with no turn around. She also mentioned that they are moving the fire hydrant, but have not asked for any abutters' input. She made an additional comment that there is no hardship/need for the property to not meet current rules and regulations for setbacks as they are creating a new lot. She requested the Agent read her letter to the Commission. Agent read Board of Health comments. He also read Ms. Maciel's letter, prefacing that a great deal of the concerns apply to the Zoning Board. Agent said this project meets performance standards, he had no other comments.
