Town Seal Committee <br /> Minutes February 25, 2021 <br /> *APPROVED* March 11, 2021 <br /> Services to be provided will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: <br /> a. Meeting with the Town Seal Committee to discuss and evaluate the results of a Town wide <br /> survey conducted to ascertain the priorities of Mashpee residents for the Town Seal <br /> b. Produce up to two (2) working drafts of the replacement Town Seal that incorporate the <br /> elements as prioritized by the Town Seal Committee and will be appropriate for use across many <br /> types of media, i.e.: stationery, signs, document seals, electronic media, etc. <br /> c. Meeting with the Town Seal Committee and Town Manager to present and discuss drafts. d. <br /> Produce final draft of the proposed new Town Seal. <br /> e. Presentation to the Board of Selectmen of the final draft(s) of the Town Seal. <br /> 2). Qualifications and Experience: <br /> Provide a description of the history, experience, and qualifications of your <br /> firm/company/corporation and any proposed subcontractors*to perform the Scope of Work. <br /> Please include: <br /> a. Resumes and biographies of all principals assigned to the project. <br /> b. List of capabilities corresponding to the Scope of Work. <br /> c. List of similar/relevant projects your firm/company/corporation has undertaken, including <br /> results achieved. <br /> d. References from owners/clients of similar projects your firm/company/corporation has <br /> undertaken. <br /> * If any element of the Scope of Work will be subcontracted, please provide the same <br /> information for the subcontracting entity. <br /> The Committee suggested that the Scope of Services have the description of the Town Seal Committee and what <br /> the Committee is tasked with. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Lehrer to approve the Scope of Services as amended and to bring to the March 11, 2021 <br /> Meeting of the Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. DeBoer <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0(1 absent) <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. D.
