(13) of the Zoning Bylaws in an <br /> Industrial Zone. <br /> Raul Lizardi, Cape & Islands Engineering represented the application, The majority of the properties <br /> are cleared, There is no proposed pavement on Lot 8, however on Lot 3 there is pavement on a <br /> section of the property to house firewood. Lot 3 has some storage of materials ongoing. Lot 8 is being <br /> cleared, shaped and developed. Both lots will have drainage, there are no structures except there's <br /> a small 52 sq. ft. shed toward the left of the existing entrance. The applicant is seeking to get permits <br /> by the Board of Appeals for use of a contractor's yard. But before going to the Board of Appeals, he <br /> is requesting recommendations from Design Review and Plan Review.At Design Review there were <br /> some suggestions to include a landscaping plan showing screening of the properties adjacent to the <br /> neighbors, and add screening along the property lines. <br /> Joe Callahan, Designee for Town Manager: Commented that he agrees that a landscaping plan <br /> should be prepared. <br />
