He said there is no letter from <br /> National Heritage, the conditions could reflect that changes may have to be made per <br /> National Heritage. <br /> Mr. Smith said he's more comfortable with a continuance until we get the letter from National <br /> Heritage. We can condition to protect the trees <br /> identified to be left after construction by use of wood board strapping. No other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked about backwash equipment for the pool, Mr. Flaherty said it's a salt water <br /> pool, so no need for such equipment. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to close and issue with conditions, Mr. O'Neill seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:12 Carol A. Holahan, 62 Summersea Road. Proposed hardscape modifications with mitigation NOI <br /> plantings.
