2 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> January 14, 2021 <br /> Present: Andrew Gottlieb,Dawn Thayer,Brian Hyde,Richard Halpern,Ed Larkin, <br /> Mary Waygan, David Harsch, Chad Smith, Lynne Barbee <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Gottlieb at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> This is a virtual/remote meeting with all parties acknowledging attendance. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT None at this time. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Thursday, January 23, 2020: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve the minutes of Thursday, January 23, 2020 <br /> as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Harsch. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 9-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mrs. Thayer,yes Mr. Hyde, yes Mr.Halpern, yes <br /> Mr. Larkin, yes Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch, yes Mr. Smith, yes <br /> Ms. Barbee, yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearing—Annual Informational Hearing on the Needs Possibilities and Resources of the <br /> Town of Mashpee as they relate to Historic Preservation Recreation Affordable Housing and <br /> Open Space: <br /> The Community Preservation Committee opened the Public Hearing an informational meeting <br /> on the needs, possibilities and resources of the Town of Mashpee as they relate to historic <br /> preservation, recreation, affordable housing and open space. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures the hearing notice was read aloud into the record. <br /> Information of record includes communication from the Planning Board requesting preference <br /> for the production of affordable housing and open space purchases aligned with the nitrogen <br /> management plan and stormwater management plan of the Town of Mashpee. <br />
