If that's not feasible, it would be a submission of a new <br /> NOI. <br /> The property owner and attorney were present and agreed to update the wetland delineation. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to approve these extension permits based on the conditions <br /> described, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> ''Vote:_6-0 unanimous— <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Suzanne M. & Kevin G. McCartney, O Melissa Avenue. Proposed shed, footpath with NOI <br /> grading and landscaping, remove/replace piers, stairs, landings and kayak rack. <br /> Matthew Costa from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent asked for clarification on tree removals and dock/deck footprint areas. Proposed hardscaping and landscaping <br /> modifications with additions to dwelling/extension of footpath to platform with stairs. <br /> Matthew Costa from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent stated that the hardscaping and landscaping around the house meets performance <br /> standards. Any approval of the proposed platform and stairs should be conditional upon the <br /> town adopting a formal harbor management plan as this area is within ACEC jurisdiction <br /> (Area of Critical Environmental Concern).
