Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of single-family dwelling, septic system upgrade with landscaping and <br /> hardscaping modifications and mitigation plantings. At request of applicant, continued from <br /> 5114, 5128. <br /> Mike McGrath from Holmes & McGrath presented plans. Agent discussed the changes to the <br /> plan based on prior concerns. The large pine tree on the coastal bank (right side of property <br /> from the driveway) is to remain....the proposed hardscaping/patio in this area has been <br /> scaled back to save this tree. Details on mitigation were provided by the applicant's <br /> consultant. <br /> Agent read comments from Board of Health, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:09 Robert L. Lynch & Diane Brace, 3 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of single-family dwelling with associated garage, access ramps, coastal <br /> walkover structure, patio, rinse station, septic system, landscaping, hardscaping and <br /> mitigation plantings. At request of applicant continued from 5128. <br /> Matthew Creighton from BSC Group presented plans. Agent described the changes to the <br /> plan based on prior feedback. Minor changes to mitigation plantings based on abutter input <br /> Agent read Board of Health comments, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:12 Michael P. & Candace L. Curran, 28 Flat Pond Circle. Proposed tree removal to allow for RDA <br /> installation of fencing, retaining walls and hardscaping. At request of applicant, continued <br /> from 4123, 5114, 5128. <br /> Thomas Bunker from BSS Design presented plans. <br /> Agent described the issues from the original proposal...too many trees requested to be <br /> removed for a patio extension. Agent also mentioned that previously required mitigation had <br /> not been done and clarified resource area setbacks. Agent had no other comments and <br /> recommended a negative determination <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:15 Sean B. & Katherine M. Burke, 23 Monomoscoy Road West. Proposed bank stabilization, NOI <br /> landscaping, construction of elevated platform and stairs. At request of applicant, continued <br /> from 5128. <br /> Matthew Costa from Cape & Islands Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent said this platform will be contingent upon the Harbor Management plan and Harbor <br /> Master issuance of a 10-A float as discussed previously, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br />
