This <br /> includes previously approved demolition/reconstruction of single-family dwelling, swimming <br /> pool, spa, septic system and landscaping. At request of applicant, continued from 5128. <br /> Applicant requested a continuance to 7/9/20. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to continue at the applicant's request to 7/9/20 at 6:OOpm, <br /> Mr. O'Neil seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:21 David G. Peck, 1 Chestnut Street. Proposed Amendment of Order of Conditions 43-3038 to AOOC <br /> install access stairs over coastal bank. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent discussed potential concerns regarding foot traffic in the salt marsh area. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to issue the AOOC with the conditions discussed, Mr. McKay <br /> seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:24 Philip A. & Denise M. George, 25 Naushon Road. Commissioner O'Neill recused NOI <br /> himself from this hearing. Proposed renovations to dwelling, septic system upgrade, <br /> swimming pool, spa, hardscaping and landscaping modifications. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent provided images and feedback on this proposal and stated that it meets the <br /> performance standards for Inland Bank and Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways. Agent <br /> also read Board of Health comments, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to close and issue with the condition discussed, Mr. <br /> Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-1 motion passed <br /> 6:27 Richard J. Cook & Diane E. Cook, 19 Pem Lane. Proposed demolition/reconstruction of NOI <br /> cottage and hardscape modifications. <br /> Daniel Ojala from Down Cape Engineering presented plans. <br /> Agent showed images of the site and stated that the project meets the performance standards <br /> for riverfront, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to close and issue, Mr. Colombo seconded. <br /> Vote: 5-1 motion passed <br /> 6:30 James K. & Kathleen M. Miller, 106 Popponesset Island Road. Proposed hazardous and RDA <br /> diseased tree removal and mitigation with native plantings. <br /> Rebecca Perry from Gardens by Rebecca presented plans. <br /> Agent shared images of the project and stated that it meets all performance standards <br /> (LSCSF, setback to coastal resource areas, no other comments. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved for a negative determination, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 6-0 unanimous <br /> 6:33 KLK Starboard LLC, 31 Starboard Lane. Proposed hardscape modifications. NOI <br /> Sean Riley from Coastal Engineering presented plans. <br /> All work proposed within existing hardscape and landscape areas.
